Changing ways..

Ok good news I'm finally getting used to/in the habit of counting & sticking to my daily limit of 1000 per day. I'm starting to have breakfast in the morning (it makes such a difference) now & then I'll skip a day out of habit but that's slowly changing, this morning I didn't have it only because we went out or dinner for mums bday last night & I ate way too much!!
Saturday mums having a BBQ at her place for the footy grand final so I'll be eating there too.. So I have to be really good this week to kinda justify the crap I'll be eating on Saturday if that makes since, can't say I'll be good coz I know I'll binge on something.
ATM I'm sitting at 71.2kgs on the scales, I lost abit, not much. I reckon to really notice when someone's lost weight u have to lose at least 5-10kgs I realized that others notice weightless on people around that gap usually 10kgs. Like at work my boss lost 10kgs and ppl are only noticing now. A few clients came into the salon & I told them they've lost weight and they reply with "I've been dieting for so long, lost bout 10kgs now" etc. so my boss is 43 and weighs 10kgs less than me, Christine at work is trying to lose weight too she's taking all these vitamins and shit & her bf is getting her into fitness. I really need to get onto it 1: summer is around the corner
2: my boss is planning to get uniforms for the salon staff- they're tight fitting white shirts!
3: wanna make my bf happy
4: wanna make myself happy
5...list goes on and on and on
