yes!! another post lol, I'm glad I got some comments back to my previous post, most of the time I thought naww nobody probably reads my blogs anyway but im happy I was missed by some hehe :D makes me feel special. And I did miss you guys as well, I have loads and loads of blogs to catch up on.
Anyway well well well well, I kinda feel like I'm starting all over again, I was thinking today about how I go through these stages of not eating at all and then purging almost everything I eat and then eating nothing all day and eating heaps when i get home then go to sleep (which is what Im currently doing) and then of course the stage where i count every single calorie and make sure I burn it off. AM I WEIRD?? LOL, I think I was abit too open about it all with my bf especially after he heard me throwing up one time, but now I feel like I have to hide it from him, i dont want him to get worried and start making his silly remarks again, for example saying something like " so?, r u going to throw that all up now?" after we eat, I want him to think that im losing weight in a healthy way >.< and therefore I need a new plan, something easy that involves eating maybe round lunch time between 12pm-3pm and then defiantly eating at dinner time around 6:30-7pm needs to include exercise and lotsa water :D ANY IDEAS???

You need to find an eating plan that works for you. I do slim fast, but have changed it a little.
ReplyDeleteI have grapefruit for breakfast with hot lemon water, and a shake for lunch and then for supper I allow myself up to 500 calories.. this way people see that I am eating and its maybe 700 calories a day so I don't even feel like I have eaten to much. Are you still going to the gym? Or just the cross trainer in your room?
I lost quite a bit on slim fast too. Modified in a similar way. But I could only do it for about three weeks before it got so monotonous I quit.
ReplyDeleteMy T. recommends eating every two or three hours to keep hunger and binging under control. It makes a lot of sense - even if you're only eating 800 calories, you can break that up into bits throughout the day. Munch on veggies and small meals - 1/4 a sandwich, etc. It might keep you from binging late at night. AND people always see you eat, so they don't worry.
Its an idea.
As far as exercise - USE THAT ELLIPTICAL! Damn, I'm jealous you have one! :-D Make yourself go on it every night at the same time - like right before dinner or something regular like that. Make it a habit!

Have you tried juicing. I'm on day three of a juice fast. I juice 21 fruits and vegetables in a (large) batch of juice. My body gets more than enough nutrients with it detoxifies itself. A side effect is weight loss. I am a mom of two (Ainsley [4] and Sydney [3]) and I'm 5'5" and weigh 105 to 109 lbs normally.
