Lol that's so bad! Anyway so since I don't have any other interruptions for the next 7 days like I did last night I think it's safe to start again, fruit day! Should be easy as I'll be at work for 12 hours today:-) making Friday veggie day which isn't bad.
I got an app for the cabbage soup diet which is similar to track everything like 10 glasses of water i need to tick off through the day, my 2 bowls of soup and whatever else is required to eat that day, and of course I'll keep blogger posted too :-)
I dont expect beau to follow it correctly the way I am, I mean I don't think he needs to lose that much weight anyway he also does not really need to be on a calorie restricted diet like this one, really, I am the one who needs it most! I'm trying to think of it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet, when I think diet I just have this massive thing in my head thinking don't cheat don't cheat don't cheat which in the end will make me cheat. So I'll try not to think of it like that :-) I hope things go well today and my boss doesnt get us fish and chips for dinner, she usually does that when we work late on Thursday's..
I just wanna get on track so bad again, I read through all my old blog posts last night and I just can't get over how good I was with food and now I'm jut a mess all over again!
It sickens me to think I put most of it back on, I mean I haven't got back to my HW again but I'm halfway there,! I thought it would be easy once me and B moved out because I could control what we have each day and what sorta things we get when we go shopping! But nooo all we bought for the past 2 months living together was amazing food which we all know means fatty food, had deserts almost every night & take out on the wknd with Lotsa alcohol but then again, who am I kidding I stopped caring bout weightloss months before we moved outta home which is probably y it started out like that.
Anyway I hope now we can turn that around and start a healthier home ;-)

I think I'd die, eating all that cabbage soup - BUT, I'm totally with you on eating as much fresh veg and fruit as possible.
I need to get back on track myself.
