Day 2 and 3

Thursday
I had coffee for breakfast then for lunch I had a salad wrap and water then for dinner 3 small mangos lol, yes 3... its so hard getting back on track but I think I did well, lots of water and coffee through the day.. was starving by the time I got home after my 12 hour shift but had a smoke and went to sleep to ignore it.

Friday
Woke up to a growling stomach, probably cause I didnt feed it last night but tough shit lol for lunch today I had..hmm what did I have?? oh a chicken asian salad (grated carrot, capsicum, coriander, cut up spring onion & cucumber with strips of grilled chicken, for dinner I had sashimi (raw cut up salmon) and 3 hand rolls with soy sauce. had 3 small scoops of bubblegum, white chocolate and rum & rasin ice cream..i knowwww, came home and for some stupid reason stuffed my face with a bite of my lil brothers big mac and a few fries.. felt like a pig & purged!! not alot came up but I stopped once the sushi started coming up..was just too gross & kinda hard seeing as i ate it like 3 hours before I purged.

Anyway so yeah, oh and I bought new batteries for my old scales so yay I finally have scales that work!!! and will update you guys on my weight tmrw or something, maybe monday.. seeing as I never blog over the weekend anymore. oh oh oh and I finally resisted having those naughty chocolates at work it feels good :) I feel good to be back on track! I've been so tempted a few times.. but i didnt! I feel like a bitch when I say this but I have to be skinnier than this idiot girl I work with Christine

I have the biggest craving for a slice of juicy pizza.. medium crust with pepperoni and cheese..extra cheese, maybe mushrooms or something... or even a Hawaiian hmmm on that note, Im off to bed :) gnite xoxo lol

I'm definitely with you on all of the above!! i have been eating like an absolute pig as of late but i'm totally using all the strength i have to fight back these crazy cravings of pizza and chocolate and sweets!! nehu starting my own 30 day challenge so hopefully it goes well need to lose 14 pounds min! wish me luck xxx
