I need to get back on track and now is the time, I've had a "break" for long enough and Im sick of just moping around doing nothing about it and being angry with myself.. I weighed in yesterday at 67.7kgs.. how bad is that!!
So this is it! I'm making the move to start over.. I have to for my own good! :) Im going to start doing it the way I did when I first started this (as that seems to be the only way that works for me) I know it sucks but I have to start counting calories.. I will not indulge in ice cream chocolate and junk food anymore like I have been, and I am going to plan every single meal/thing I eat..and I need to start working out again...
I will try to post every day on what happens but as of tomorrow it'll be a fresh start for me.
