So day one went well I didnt have everything I said I would eat but thats because I replaced some of it with things I wasnt supposed to eat like the 4 lil milk choolate squares and a fizzy lolly :( I also had a prawn salad for dinner which I purged because I felt fat so I ended my day with 589 but I'll add 100 just to be safe so lets say 689cal :) Im happy with that.
Then today, grand final day take 2 lol I had a apple(68)coffee w 100ml of skim milk and half a sweetener(41) 250ml of heineken (103) and a shot of jägermeister(103) a slice of one of those frozen pizzas (138) I purged that and thats all for now its 7:50pm I dont want to eat anymore I think I can do it,I was hungry before but just had a fag and water so I'm good now, if I do eat I'll have a salad which wont be more than 20cals.
I'm thinking Im going to cut down on the milk in my coffee a lil and I need to do some body pump classes at the gym because I dont do that much weights and I really need to, I havnt lost anything on my upper arms and apparently I have 2 more cm's on my hips so that sucks.
I weighed in this morning at 73.3kgs then weighed again at 72.9kgs a few mins ago,I think I'll stick to morning weigh ins.. I just dont trust my scales.


Wasn't it a stupid game? Last weeks was an amazing game, but this was just painful to watch and I don't go for either of them.

Boo to Collingwood... not that I go for either of them either. Take care of yourself. Body pump is a good idea for muscle building. How tall are you btw?
