Today I had a coffee(22) then 2 boiled eggs, i didnt weigh them so I'll just go with 70 calories each (140), then I had my meal replacement shake(207)- why does vanilla have more than any other flavour??? only like 3 more but why lol, and theeeen... I knew I would get hungry after the gym so a big plate full of salad(62)with cooked prawns(178)=( eeeekk it filled me up so nothing else 2 eat now everything came to 613, I suppose its ok...damn prawns lol I knew i shoulda had that b4 the gym and not the shake.. oh well I guess its ok its only abit over 100 more than I was allowed for today.
I weighed in at 71.5kgs this morning and 70.8kgs on wii.... I was going to weigh myself at the gym but I totally forgot oh talking bout gym I burnt 387.. it was so scary I could only work out for 15mins at a time before I started feeling really dizzy so I kept having to have a seat for 10mins it was really annoying to be honest lol and I got there 10mins too late to do the body pump class, it was so packed in the room anyway, I hate gym on Mondays everyone is there and its just too packed.

i also hate packed gyms!! it feels like there will always be SOMEone watching and judging you...paranoid but probably true! good work on the intake. stay strong xx
ReplyDeleteThat's why I'm too scared to join a gym - working out in front of people. There's a 24-hour gym nearby that's only like $10 a month. I would only go at 2 in the morning when it's pretty empty, but then there's probably sketchy people lurking on the exercise equipment at that hour...

Careful exercising when dizzy, you might need more carbs before you go? Dried dates and dried fruit in general are really good pre work out snacks.
