Hey loverlies. I've been really bad at posting and commenting lately probably because I've messed up like every weekend this month and gained in between and also because my meal plans suck right now so I feel like I have nothing to offer. anyway I weighed in at 71.9kgs this morning-still trying to break that 70kg mark.. today I looked back at the stats I had written down from loswertown a few motnhs ago and realised that if I actually had 500 calories a day I would be 65kgs by now.. isnt that sad!
I really wish I could be that by the end of the month like I planned to at the beginning of the month but I know it probably wont happen :( so I'm aiming to be around 68 67kgs hopefully.
last night I went to the gym and burn 780something calories I was so proud of myself until B decided he wanted to practice guitar with one of our friends, so annoyed because his sister made us dinner (chicken and rice) and I really try not to eat after the gym anymore, I mean I lost which is good but still ehh. Im not going to the gym tonight :( but I will be doing some exercise at home.
I was sitting in bed last night just thinking and Im suprised at how much less I eat now compared to before I started all of ths, I use to snack at like 1am or just eat massive amounts of food without thinking about it, its amazing Im pretty proud of myself haha.
I'm about to write up a meal plan for the rest of the week for myself I think it will include lots of broccoli and corn seeing thats the only veggies mum bought oh and salads too, maybe some broth or something light when i dont go to the gym like tonight.
Sorry this post is abit all over the place, bt I just feel like I needed to update :D


you can definitely get to 67kg before the month ends - there's still time! and wow for your efforts at the gym. what did you do there to burn all those cals??

You can do it!! You've still got enough time to get to 67!! Especially with your super exercise- Keep at it xxx
