Back home, ABC drains my life!

finally!!! i feel like I've been gone for 2 weeks or something! well it was too late to go to the gym so I couldn't go like I said I wanted to so blah, I hopped on the scales of course and weighed 77kgs which is alright I guess, I mean for the amount I ate I thought I'd be back to 80. I haven't eaten all day today except a 16cal coffee. I wanted to see 75 by Friday naww.. maybe on Sunday? wait, fuck, its fathers day on Sunday!! grr damit, we're going out 4 lunch!! I hate going out to eat so much now, I used to look 4ward to it hmmm hopefully I can have a salad or something if its not a grill or anything or an Italian place with only carb filled pastas and pizzas,please please please I'm crossing my fingers.

I'm thinking of buying fibre pills, do they work well 4 those who are on them or were on them? and and obviously I broke the abc after like 5 days or something :( see... i cant stick to it). but ive been looking at diets and all these programs online & i thought bout the new york diet which is a high protein low carb diet but i know i wouldnt b able to cause you're not allowed fruit and i love my fruit, then i thought the south beach diet but thats just way too detailed for me, then i thought the 7 day cabbage soup but its too complicated and you just eat too much i mean i thought it would b all cabbage soup but its not, theres all these extra things and it just looked like too much for me which would mean il feel fat & purge which im trying to stop doing.
so i came across this ED website which had heaps of diets such as the abc, the 2-4-6-8, the raw food etc and i read about one called the butterfly program where, wait il copy and paste important bits lol.

The Butterfly Program

Great for girls who like to choose how many calories they eat, girls who are creative, and people looking for something different!

The idea is simple. The girl simply draws a butterfly on their place(s) of fat and, if the butterfly fades without them eating
(which i think means if you ate your recommended or under amount of calories you set for yourself)
it means it has lived and flown away, giving them a sense of achievement. Whereas if they do eat with the butterfly there
(which im thinking means if you ate more than you were allowed for the day)
they will have to wash it off. If that does happen, they can start again by drawing a new one on.
if it didnt mean any of that then you'd probably never eat, so it must mean that.any other ideas?

For those of us who are just lazy and want to stick it on, we thought of tattoos, not just butterflies, but hearts, stars, and tribal designs etc. There have also been a couple of posts by members who write the names of their friends and family, so that when they feel the need to eat, they see the reminder that they are trying to stop not just for their loved ones, but for themselves. People also tried using song lyrics or quotes.

The plan

  1. Choose a set number of calories to eat each day. Note:During this plan you will have weekends off.
  2. Decide on an image to draw on yourself and draw it!
  3. If you mess up and eat over your calories listed for the day you must wash off the butterfly and punish yourself.
  4. During this program you must drink AT LEAST 8oz of water a day
  5. Purging is highly discouraged and will not be allowed to lower your calorie count.
  6. A minimum of 20 minutes of exercise is required daily
Im 110% positive i can do this, i mean it has weekends off which is where i slip up most, this doesnt mean il go eating totally everything, my max is 1000 to be 100% safe cause I know there will be times when I need to go out to eat out like sunday, where I'll go out with friends and drink, get trashed and eat take out and I really think having those 2 days free will make me stop binging in the week, I'll think..hey it can wait til saturday,cause most likely it would be able to wait!
If i dont have plans to go out and involve food or drinking, which i try to avoid all the time all the time now, it might even be a really good day for a free day, who knows I might even not eat at all one day.
Also I'm trying to stop purging so it'll be good for me, and I always drink water and do more than 20mins exercise a day anyway so it shouldnt be a problem. only thing i need to do and remember to do is draw butterflies all over myself, il keep em small lol.

My calories will be
Monday - fast day because the weekend might have been bad plus I've started "Monday fast day"
Tuesday - 200
Wednesday - 400
Thursday- 600
Friday - 800
Weekends free!, yes I am combining it with the 2-4-6-8 diet :) and my punishments for when I mess up will be in my next post, let me know if you have any punishments for yourself for when you mess up?

Thats all for now ladies, its 1:10am and I think I'm going to catch up some blogs, watch some TV and try to go to sleep.
