argh this diet aint goin the way I want it to, why? cause im a fat pig thats why, I purged twice today cause I just felt so guilty eating all the shit i did, I did actually manage to workout more than 20mins today though lol i did 45mins on the elliptical and I'll do alot more once I'm done here.
I still cant believe how much I ate its actually pathetic probably over 2000 calories, im pretty sure it is. see this is what happens when you work part time and ur home all day, you eat!
anyway hopefully tomorrow is better, I'll update soon
Hang in there sugar, try finding something to fill your extra time up with instead of eating?
ReplyDeleteTry keeping a lot of veggies and fruit on hand for when you do need to snack on something.. Celery is great, I make sure I have it all the time, and when I feel hungry I eat that instead of something with double the calories that is going to make me feel fat after. Its all about choices, make the right ones instead of the wrong ones and you will see results. Don't beat your self up when you fall just get back up and try again. <3
