lazy week

Monday morning: week 2: 68.8kgs :( i lost 200grams since last week, wanna know why? cause A: I worked out like once this past week,B: I ate too much over the past drunken weekend I just had and C: I drank no water really oh and D: I didn't purge, only once.
Blah I need to lose 800grams + my usual kilo a week over the next 7 days, I need to actually work out, eat less drinks water not fruit juice and just fucking be smarter.. I just had breakfast ( 2 boiled eggs a slices of shaved ham on 2 slices of white toast a teaspoon of margarine and I'll have a glass of water now. i calculated it on calorie king and it came to 350 pretty bad but eh, then later today I'll have a shake(233with milk or 160-something with water depends if im hungry or not) and work out (burn 1000cals) * should i go to the gym?? or work out at home, cause im cutting my friends hair tonight after shes been to the gym) i havnt been in ages... meh I'll see* and have a small plate of dinner tonight.
anyway thats all for now.

  1. Keep at it, I haven't been to the gym in weeks, I'm starting to feel like a lard ass, I haven't lost anything, Lets make a pact to each other to hit the gym more. Miss you so much girly!!!

  2. Good Luck, i've been having a lazy weekend and i need to get back on track too. HAve fun at the gym, i think it's easier to get more work done at the gym than to stay at home because at home there's less motivation and to me want to do anything.

Hi im 23 and im nearly 13 stone i used to be bigger lost weight now i eat all the time i cry at photos and hate the sight of me i dont date as im scared . i purged once and now i just have noone to turn to or anything ive looked at your posts and its nice to come across people who know how i feel :( <3
