OMG!!! Like really! Im super pissed off, you have no idea!! yesterday I ate like NOTHING!! everything I did eat I burnt off + purged what I ate anyway so i probably didnt have to work out that much!!BUT I DID! and then today I work 12 hours survive on coffee and water had
a quiche for lunch probably burnt that off throughout the day and arghhh!!!! NOTHING!!! oh and a hot chocolate but cmon seriously!!! it couldnt have been over 600 calories and most of it must have came off wearing wedges and being a hairdresser on your feet all day!!!!!!! all i wanna do is scream... so I come home and see a big fat 68.8kgs flashing in my face!! 1 day im 68.3kgs the next im 68.9kgs the next im 68.4kgs then 69kgs FUCK MY LIFE!!!!!! all I wanna do is lock myself in a room with water and maybe a few raw veggies for like 5 months!!!!somebody shoot me..

I know how you feel! I'm like 68.6 now exactly as well. It's fucking insane. It keeps going up and down and up and down and UGH. Today, I'm eating Thai food (really light tofu noodles with veggies) and all I can say is: I'm gonna be fasting this weekend. Hope your weight is better tomorrow. >_< I HATE it when that happens. I just HATE it.
ReplyDeleteTry to weigh yourself at the same time everyday. I weigh myself in the morning so I don't have a day's worth of food in me. An some of it could be water weight. I hate when I gain weight after eating like 500 cal or less. But my guess is it's water weight.
ReplyDeleteI hate that feeling, i gained 3 lbs on day after hardly eating anything i was so freaking mad. I would think it's just water weight or natural fluctuations. I hope tomorrow is better for you.
