anyway so I want to lose 15 kgs and im giving myself 15 weeks to do it in, i think thats reasonable? 1kg a week? I'm so sick of making goals that I can never achieve it always makes me depressed which leads to eating more. this app allows me to eat 1800 calories a day..... errr yeah no lol i dont think i could, but its good i guess that i can eat that much even if i dont it would be like extra calories if i slip up i think i'll stick too 800 maybe 1000 a day thanks haha.

FML
Easter weekend!!!! and I've gained!! Im back at 70Kgs how fucking annoying but then again I can only blame myself! I finally got my Rapid loss meal replacment shakes and Im starting that today (2May) Im replacing 1 or 2 meals a day with it and working out everyday! I downloaded a app from the android market called calorific, it seems good I think I will use that for this month and see how I go with it, I wanted something I didnt need to sign up for and spend 20mins looking up food Ive eaten through the day, I've got so many apps and I just give up on them cause I eat one thing and it finds 100 things for me to choose from, I GOT OVER IT,this one is straight forward, simple and free!! lol.
