Day 2 Cabbage soup diet

Yesterday or day 1 went really well, i had about 4 bowls of the soup and ate watermelon, apples(lots of apples lol bout 4 or 5)and grapes i had a handful of nuts i must admit :( but it wasnt too bad i think i just wanted something salty anyway I didnt lose anything but I didnt gain either so its all good, Im still standing at 67.4kgs :)
I actually like the soup I made it tastes great, you know you hear bout the cabbage soup diet online and on tv and wherever else and they made it seem like this soup is the most godawful tasting thing out and the way they portray it makes it look like you're actually living on the soup for the entire week with nothing else when its actually nothing like that, I mean you do actually get to eat and you pretty much have to stuff yourself because the more you eat the more you lose kinda weird but yeah, I think its mostly just water weight you lose but I'll see,and besides its not like the cabbage soup is only cabbage, you add mushrooms, carrots, celery and vegetable stock in for taste u can add any spices u want too so its pretty good, Im not sure if the soup I made will last me all week I think Im going to have to make another batch maybe thursday or friday I know you're only supposed to stay on this diet for 7days but I think I could actually get the hang of it and use it as a diet for everyday/most days lol maybe just not as strict i dont know I'll think about it.

Anyway so today is day 2 all vegetables today YUMMMM!! I just had cauliflower, broccoli and brussel sprouts thats my food for the day along with my soup of course and some raw carrot sticks still have some left for later :) veggies r so much better than fruit lol I finally realised that after breakfast today, I feel fuller and more content after eating vegetables whereas with fruit it lasts for about 10-15mins until im hungry again.
For dinner tonight Im allowed 1 big baked potato with butter, Im excited lol :)

  1. I did think that the cabbage soup diet was mainly just cabbage soup. I never really looked at it because I don't like cabbage. But it sounds very similar to the sacred heart diet. Only the soup is a little different. The sacred heart diet allows you to eat as much soup as you want and you get to eat only fruits one day and only veggies one day and things like that. I've never tried it but its supposed to have come from a hospital to help obese patients lose weight for major surgeries so I guess it should work and I would guess the cabbage soup diet would work too then.
