I mean food wise, I ate hardly anything this weekend and its an awesome feeling 4 me coz i always pig out on wknds.. like ALOT! my wknd went something like this
Friday- ate nothing at work came home and had pork ribs and butterscotch pudding again
Saturday - Beau took me out for dinner to an italian resturant I had a seafood basket (took all the crumbs off everything ate a few chips and all my salad (couldnt finish it)
Sunday - lots of watermelon probably bout a 1/4 of a whole watermelon, made my cabbage soup had a few spoonfuls of that...and then wrecked my cabbage soup diet by eating an amazing piece of steak with mushroom sauce (oops)
But thats all and Im starting my cabbage soup diet today (monday 30th) today is Fruit day so im only having fruit, this is really exciting for me for some reason lol, i hope i lose a few kilo's :) Im following a few people on twitter who's doing it as well so I hope that can keep me on track for the week as well, i really dont want to mess up. I dont think I will though I mean its not like im starving myself or only eating the cabbage soup.
I made my soup yesterday and I actually love it, I think I might go have some for lunch now.
Oh and I weighed myself today and im at 67.4kgs..so I lost nothing this week :( but hopefully i lose some on this diet and get back on track.
I'll write again tomorrow or tonight to let u guys know how its all going.
