78.6kgs pheww

so i didnt gain anything over the weekend which is great, i was so relieved when I stepped on the scales this morning and nothing changed..yay me! so today i had steamed veggies for dinner (brussel sprouts, potatoes & pumpkin) and bout 100g of chicken then I purged abit cause I felt sick and really really full i must have just stuffed my face in 10 mins with all that food.il be leaving in 20 mins to go work it off at the gym anyway but I still feel like i binged without purging, I think Im going to make tomorrow a fast day just because I can and might do a SWF in the morning i feel really icky since saturday! By wednesday I need to weigh 77.8Kg if I want to stick to the stats losertown gave me, which I do so hopefully I'll be OK, update on how I went at the gym when I get back.

EDIT...
spent 30mins on the elliptical, 30mins on the treadmill, few mins doing weights and the last 20mins in the steam room & sauna. i burnt round 400 which isnt really enough but eh, i really need to spend like all day in the gym anyway tomorrow we're starting zumba in the gym, i cant wait! and after the gym I had a shower and weighed myself just becoz i saw the scales staring at me and i was at 80.1kgs? wtf?? what is that can someone please exaplain? i weighed myself this morning before having any food and i was at 78.6kgs sooooo... what the hell I gained 2kgs in a matter of hours???!!! eek i dont get it. i mean i know your weight fluctuates 1-2kgs throughout the day, maybe thats it?? it better be coz il scream if its not that.

Im still sticking with my plan making tomorrow a fast day, all im having is tea water and my lemon and warm water in the morning.and doing my SWF in the morning might take some laxatives tonight as well.anyway thats all for today, decided to have another early night tonight im so drained for some reason.
