I woke up round 11:30 and stayed in bed til after 2 to avoid any kind of food in the kitchen, then i had a shower weighed myself and im at 78.5KGs :) I get so scared when I see the numbers climbing on the scales..40...50...60...70 all zoom past my eyes, how I wish it could just stop somewhere between 50 and 60. I havnt had anything to eat today (yet and hopefully wont) not even water only my trusty lemon and warm water, its almost 3 and after work B will pick me up and we'll head to the gym again zumba class is at 6 im so excited! when I got outta the shower I was so dizzy I had to lie down.. i dont want to eat!! its a fast day and i will not break it... 24 hours thats all there is to it!!! wish me luck, again il update tonight!
OMG was zumba crazy and insane and confusing lol it was good fun tho, i was so tired but i forced in 30mins on the elliptical i wanted to use the treadmill too but i couldnt i almost fainted then B got me strawberries oh and i got force fed before I went to the gym too.. i refused pumpkin soup so i had a salad wrap.. and another one with chicken cucumber tomato lettuce carrot and mayonaise :s argh since when so people ask me if i've eaten anything today?!! so much for fucking fasting, i cant do anything right anyway so after I had my strawberries i kept nodding off in the car next thing i know we're home and b got me a mcdonalds hot fudge sundae somewhere along the way! DIE.. i feel super fat! y do all my planned fast days always turn into a binge fest!!! anyway I calculated everything on calorie king and its all under 800cals minus the workout at the gym its ok i suppose, not good enough tho. so i probably wont be at 77.8kgs by tomorrow blah just means i have to work extra hard and eat extra less, and by next wednesday im supposed to be 76.4kg, i feel like im speaking in circles maybe its just my head spinning... thought that dreaded mc donalds sundae would satisfy my stomach.. guess not how greedy my stomach is. anyway im off to bed hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
