Asian dinner and watermelon pieces

Thats all I've had tonight :) Im proud of myself actually, sitting between KFC, McDonalds and loads of other greasy fast food places I chose chinese, it seemed to be the healthiest besides the healthy sandwich place but im trying this new thing where I say no to breads, some pastas and rice. I think this 500-800-calorie-a-day diet is going well for me. i went to the gym for bout 2 hours today burnt 470 calories and I actually thought that the roast duck noodle soup I had for dinner would mean trouble but i came home and calculated it all and it all adds up to 414 calories!! I was suprised, it was so good and usually anything good means trouble then i had a mango smoothie 260 calories so much for low fat! anyway its all good!
Tomorrow afternoon i have a kids party that I need to be at.. crap! hope I dont eat too much junk, Il try my best to stay clear of candies, chips and other crap you find at parties, its not going to be easy il probably only be there 3 or 4 hours anyway..hopefully.
I also think I need to start looking for a job.. blah.
Hope everyone is doing well, I havnt commented in a while but thats only because I feel like I failed at everything and have nothing good to say to anyway, I am reading all your blogs tho. last time i stepped on the scale i was at 79.4KG Im supposed to weigh in every Wednesday but I cant help myself, according to losertown if I stick to 800 calories a day and workout 3-5days a week i should be 77KG by next Wednesday, I guess we'll have to see how things go, this morning I did weigh 78.6KG so its weird lol, anyway I'm off to bed.
