Avocado... You drain my life

I had a salad today, someone told me avocado is a negative cal food. ITS NOT!!!! so I had a salad with a small 40g tomato,40g cucumber,27g red bell pepper and avocado me thinking its kind of ok when it wasnt cause avocado is calorie filled to the max anyway after it all I splash down a litre of water and im full it all added up to 355 calories mostly the avocado so much for a fast day (again fail) but at least I didnt eat mums carb filled spicy rice and lamb pieces concoction, shes's finally letting me eat what I want now, allowing me to make my own meals for dinner when I want to, ever since I joined the gym which is great! All I gotta do now is try to get out of eating at the table its so annoying especially on fast days like today was supposed to be hmmm im not happy bout eating that avocado I thought was a negative cal food, anyway at least my intake was under 500, I cant fast tomorrow I have to go to the gym and I know what can happen when I go to the gym and I dont eat at least 200-300 cals so Il probably have a salad again minus the avocado or a egg white omelette or yoghurt or whatever something just under 200cals!

I started a thinspo book/diary today with lots of good pics and tips and tricks listed in it, its something to keep me busy when I feel hungry, I really wanted to go to the gym tonight but I have no way of getting there, B didnt feel like going coz his 'tired' guess il just do the things I did when I wasnt a gym member, I also came up with a workout plan for when I go to the gym its all interval training on the treadmill, elliptical machine, bicycle and a indoor rower that works pretty good then a lil weights and i gotta try that stepper machine we have..

stay skinny

  2. No an avocado is not a negative food but it is a really good fat burning fat, especially for the fat in your middle section so the more good fats you have in your diet the more fat you actually burn as long as you don't over the limit. So it actually helps more than it hurts and since you had it in a salad all the left over negative calories probably burned up some of the calories for the avocado and it should be fine, just remember to get a good workout in and stay hydrated. Good luck at the gym tomorrow.
