ALCOHOL!!!

sooo the party I went to was good, I didnt have any chips or candy or chocolate or anything bad and there were litrally tables spread out with sugary goodness and deep fried pastry type things and spring rolls and sausage rolls and breads and cheeses and dips of all kinds,crumbed chicken breast everythinggg, I was proud of myself, until B arrived and we started drinking, I think I had like 8 glasses of white wine, a beer or 2 got really drunk really quickly cause my stomach had nothing but cucumber, cherry tomatoes and carrots in it so they gave me pieces of chicken and this curry and rice stuff, i had like 3 forks full, anyway we were all pretty buzzed and decided to meet 4 other friends in the city so we drove to the station to go to the city with B and 3 friends, smoked a joint with them then blank..................... all i remember was... one longggg walk to the station (it was like 5mins but felt like 4ever)...ticket machines... missed a train.... toilets...got on the train... fell asleep on B's lap, threw up on the train ew ew ewwww.. got to the city.. water water water .. toilets, felt like shitttt my friends took me back got the train back home.. drunk driving.. MC FUCKING DONALDS (medium cheeseburger and fries + vanilla milkshake)!!!.. parked next to a football field.. slept in the car for 3 hours went home to B's slept til 2pm. saturday night was trashy and way over my calorie intake probably like 2800-3000 i wont be suprised!! Im not gonna stress I cant do anything now

Today (Sunday) i was kinda good i didnt eat until dinner time which me and Beau made:

Kangaroo steaks 100g (100 calories)
60g 4 asparagus spears (-20 calories)
78g carrots (-40)
40g Sweet potato (28 calories)
87g Bok Choy (-17 calories)
45g watermelon (-14)
1cup Papaya (-48)

All these veggies are negative calories except the sweet potato i made sure to buy it cause I was so bad last night, oh then I had a piece of diet mud cake but i couldnt finish it i felt too grossed out a serving is 150g but i barely had half probably bout

55g diet chocolate mud cake (188 calories)

And thats all today, had heaps of water, and think I might just go to sleep now, I really cant wait to go to the gym tomorrow and i havnt stepped on the scales since saturday morning i think i was at 78.4 or 78.8, after that messy night im too scared maybe Il weigh in Tuesday or just wait til my weigh in day on Wednesday im supposed to be at 77KG but how will i know if i can get to 77Kg if i dont know argh il probably weigh myself tomorrow even tho im shit scared! Il update in the morning,

  1. Don't stress about the McD's. I figure it's allowable if you're that drunk, or hungover. Sounds like you had a fun night, though!! You're not officially an adult until you've vomited on a bus or train.

  2. i was just on the train and a lil boy was drunk and threw up all over the train! hhahaha it was so gross! that poor kid. hope the hangover isn't too bad hun. curse pot and its munchies effect.

  3. it was hard at first cause i always stuck at 60.? or 62.? but just keep sticking with your plan and you'll get to your goal eventually!
