Im super super excited and happy i love my boy soooooo much he just got me a gym membership at fitness first for a year :D yay I can do more than wii fit & doing home exercise and running round the park wooohooo i cant wait, i havnt had a gym membership ever..so im pumped for tomorrow, we're going after he finishes work, probably round 4pm yay yay yay yay.
BUT
This guy that we spoke to bout what we want to achieve and he asked about our diets and i was like.. fuck! what do I say
OMG!! I JUST REALLY NEED TO GET THIS OUT really getting pissed off here, dont you just hate people that think they know everything!! I'm literally shaking with anger!! so i have this"friend"(we all have friends thats not really our friend) lets call her K, pff where do i start with her but anyway heres the current story.. "apparently"shes a personal trainer, she calls herself that cause shes done a short pissy 12 month course at some crappy dodgy tafe and makes herself out to be this great big i-no-it-all when really shes probably knows like 20% of what there is to know bout stuff. anyway more to the point, i had in my status that i joined a gym with B and 3 other mates and she asked me bout it on msn so I told her all the things the gym has, they've got heaps of classes etc like:
yoga
pilates
some asian thing starts with a M lol
boxing
zumba
steps
cycling
then of course the usual things u find in a gym
cross trainers
treadmills
weights
sauna
steam room
solarium bla bla bla bla u know the rest
so i told her most of the
then she goes on saying oh y do they put u in a sauna for after you workout and i told her what the guy said and she just rambles on about oh this isnt how you do it, thats not how your supposed to do it, you cant do that like this, thats wrong your not meant to work out everyday when your just starting etc and i was thinking WTF bitch, y would a qualified personal trainer tell me things that are false and incorrect?? and she just kept going on and on saying shit thinking she knows every single thing when really she doesnt i mean shes done it for a year.. get real and i highly doubt shes a personal trainer anyway maybe she did a fitness course yeah but hmm whatever, shes just jealous that I'm at a real good gym with 4 ppl to go with etc and she goes to some crappy lil gym at her golf club rofl.
hmm thats better anyway so where was i?haha oh yea
so he asked us about our diets and all I said was I've been watching what I eat latley, then he told me to make sure i eat plenty of fruit veg and carbs/protein to burn off. :s eek then I said something like maybe when I finish the diet im on or something and he asked me about it.. WHYYYYY did i open my mouth?? he told me to eat a small amount of food b4 coming to the gym.. do i have to? i thought maybe the ABC? but I really wanted to do the master cleanse.. grr im lost help!!


I am on day four of ABC, and already lost about 5 lbs. I love it!
ReplyDeleteAs for the gym, its great that you are going to the gym now, I Love the gym, and lucked out hard, My parents turned a room in our house into a personal gym, only thing I am lacking is a sauna.
It is advised to eat something like fruit before working out, I do grapefruit cause it is negative calories, so its almost like nothing but gives your body something as energy, and its really advised to have something protein after working out so that you actually put nutrients into your body to form muscle other wise your loosing weight, but its harder to tone. Sorry if I'm sounding like your friend, my close friend is a trainer and tells me all the tricks and tips to loose weight but still be healthy while doing it.
If you want to do the cleanse you should do it, but if you are starting the gym, maybe you should hold off on it just a little while longer until you let your body adjust to working out so much. Maybe it would be a good idea to do ABC, then around the fast maybe then the master cleanse? Or even a week into ABC. Ultimately its what ever you decide to do, just remember you don't want to over work your body, it could make you sick.

You should eat something 1hr before working out so maybe have something before it that's low. The ABC actually recommend one hour cardio a day. So I am sure that you can follow it whilst working out..
