what to do

OK clearly this isn't working i cant lose weight if my life depended on it.. how do people starve themselves? how do they have the discipline?
anyway i really want a tattoo, and a job too ive decided to go KFC as my friend suggested.. i see failure laying ahead.. how can i be anna when im working at a fast food chain?? that is insanely insane but i suppose its money.. which i need! i want a tattoo on my lower back im getting there with the design and everything but im not getting it until i lose all this flab and fat i mean whats the point in getting one when im fat then when i skinny it will look like shit cause of the weight loss.. so i suppose il wait until i lose it all then get inked as a reward too myself? that's fair yeah??
so much for doing wii fit everyday my brother decides to lose the remote so not only am i eating proper meal, im not exercising either!! im in hell

  1. You have to build it up. Start by restricting calories by sticking to a set intake for the day. This can be added up at the end of the day.
    Tip: Always way everything. Seriously. You can try eye it but its never exact. I weight every thing.

    Once you feel ready to progress, start to set times in the day when you eat. But in the beginning make it between two times rather than a specific, this way your able to fit it around your day. Don't allow yourself to eat anything other than at these times. Spread them out.

    Tip: also stick to a certain calorie limit, start of high aka 1200+ then lower it.

    Once this becomes slightly less challenging, add in a cut of.
    No food after so and so time..Stick to this.

    Slowly lower this time up till like 3-4ish.

    Then you can attempt raw food fasting, Then liquid fasting, Then water fasting.

    This is the step to step that I have just come up with to ease you into fasting.

    Mind you Its hard. I seem to only be able to fast when my ed is at its worst, Which I can not make happen or not happen. But even then I am not that good at it.

    Most people inc me usually just make it a daily thing. Everyday I woke up with teh intention to fast. I would go as long as I could until I broke it then I would start again the next day I done this for 4 months.

  2. ooooo so what im doing by just fasting out of nowhere isnt good? cause that pretty much what i've been doing lol i ate yesterday.. the chicken :s then today i just stopped.
