OMG I'm so addicted! I've only just properly started doing this on Monday night and I'm already obsessed reading every ones blogs, looking at how much weight people can lose by not eating for one day, that's amazing up to 1 kg a day! i wish i had the motivation not to eat for 10days so i can drop 10kgs like that *clicks* i literally stay up all night reading posts etc its great looking at heaps and heaps of thinspiration, pro ana websites of all sorts, I'm so glad in a way that i have no work or anything at the moment means i get to stay focused all the time and theres nothing to distract me. fasting is great i cant wait to start mine maybe tomorow or thursday.
its like 4:30am at the moment I'm still wide awake its good that i can stay awake all night and then i usually fall asleep when my boyfriend gets up 4 work and i text him saying good morning, its good though I'm awake online all night not eating of course then i go to sleep at 6 6:30am wake up round 4m no food at all i wake up to have a lil bit of dinner then go back to this routine, i hate it but i love it at the same time!
i ha vent weighed myself in a while think the last time i did was Sunday and i was at 81.2kgs il weigh myself in the afternoon and see what the scale says im abit scared though what if i haven't even lost anything what if i put on a kilo thanks to mums spicy chicken that i had for dinner! i should work out too haven't in a while im starting to feel like a couch potato. tomorrow morning I'm going to do a salt water flush i was going to this morning but it doesn't help when you wake up at 4pm, il try wake up at 11 or 12 then do it, i googled it and apparently i mix 1litre of luke warm water with 2 spoons of sea salt drink it and lie on my right side and rub my stomach/bowels and then run to the bathroom lol its supposed to work almost instantly 30mins-2hours so il see how that goes. as for food.. i don't even want to think about it so il update on what i ate through the day. no more than 800cal thats my max amount!

i'm thinking of going brown on my hair.. i have the blonde, the other is photoshopped.. now i'm thinking .. what did you mean by warmer brown? like a lighter brown? cause that's what i'm thinking.. and not red toned i hate that

i have the same goal as you ish. You want to lose 21kg. i want to lose 20kg.

I messed up today. Yesterday was under 200 though. I did not weight myself but will do tomorrow,
I am thinking...A salt flush at night (I will be out tomorow and don't want to have to run for the loo every sec). Food wise I am thinking,
maybe as many ice tea/coffee as I like during the day and when I get home just some soup with a salad ...so aiming for under 200 but lets say 500 to be safe.

ReplyDeleteAnd yes we can do it together, 500 doesnt sound too bad that should be good and as for the salt flush i woke up at 3pm lol im going to do it now its 3:50pm im also thinking i might as well be on a fast for a few days see how long i can last i dont think i've ever really done it properly as in no food what so ever i think it should be easy seeing im awake all night without eating then i sleep practically all day wish me luck! off to do my salt flush.
